Initial consultation
Normally an enquiry starts with an initial email, DM on social media or a WhatsApp message about a holiday idea
We will schedule a quick call at a convenient time to yourself so I can get all the relevant information and find out about what you want your travel experience to feel like
Quotes
I will work hard getting creating your quotes
I like to provide at least 2 but preferably 3 so you have some choices to compare. Remember, everything is adaptable so I will ask for your feedback and work on any changes you need until we get it absolutely spot on for you
Booking
Once you are 100% happy you will give me the go ahead to book
At this stage I definitely need information such as passport information, contact details and the deposit payment
Once booked I will be in touch with your relevant travel documents, but the service doesn’t stop there…
Concierge and Support
From the moment your travel is booked to when you return home you have my personal mobile number for any question, big or small
I’ll check you in for flights and provide your boarding passes, check visa entry requirements, liaise with the hotel(s) and can even make restaurant reservations for you
I will be on hand while you are away, and should the worst happen there is a 24/7 Duty Office to support passengers in resort in emergencies too
