SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE

This UNESCO-listed architectural treasure is a world-recognised building, making it a must see building just for that reason. Jutting into Sydney harbour, it’s visible from many of the city’s waterside spots and you can get up-close at the Opera Bar. Bagging tickets is the best way to appreciate the acoustics but there are guided tours too.

THE GHAN

Crossing the heart of the country and spanning parts of the Outback few people get to see, Journey Beyond’s The Ghan is one of the world’s top train journeys. travelling between Adelaide and Darwin, the three-day trip on the luxurious sleeper stopes in remote parts of the country, where off-train experiences add to the wonder.
